1. Prospective clients do not have to show identification, unless requested by a licensed mortgage broker as part of a mortgage application.

2. Exclusive broker agreements are not required, but always recommended.

3. Pre approval for a mortgage loan is not required by our brokerage firm, however there are many selling exclusive agents that do require a preapproval for a mortgage loan when they are considering and/or accepting buyers' offers we make on your behalf.
